Jim, a third generation native of Hutchinson, has a lifetime of experience in the housing industry. He grew up around construction and building materials while working at the family business, Davis Home Center, which is now Star Lumber on East 30th Ave.
In 1984, he obtained his broker’s license and now operates a full-service real estate firm. When not busy with real estate, Jim contributes his time to various community organizations, currently serving on the Reno County Wind Energy Taskforce.
Jim’s hobbies include golf, reading, exercise and travel. He has two children, two grandsons and one granddaughter.
