Hutchinson Real Estate Agents
In January 1998, a new Hutchinson real estate office opened.
While new, there is a wealth of real estate experience and planning behind Hutchinson, KS, Realty Executives 4Results, Inc.
Jim Davis, Owner/Broker of 4Results, Inc., envisioned a real estate company that combined the organization of a professional office with that of a traditional real estate brokerage.
He also wanted the backing of a successful realtor franchise organization.
"I wanted a franchise that offered three things: a strong commitment to technology, an international presence, and an exceptional agent compensation program," said Jim.
"Realty Executives International, with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, was the natural choice."
Through merger with another real estate brokerage, the firm added a branch office in June 2002 in the Hutchinson Mall near Dillard's, thus allowing 4Results, Inc. to offer a wider range of services to its clients andcustomers, including the ease and convenience of two locations, greater exposure for Sellers of their listed properties, greater access for Buyers to listed real estate properties, and a full-time supervising broker.
Unique to Hutchinson, 4Results, Inc. is organized with a management system similar to a doctor's or lawyer's office.
Davis' team consists of two licensed assistants, Jamie Pegram and Becky Turner, who also serve as administrative staff for the main real estate office.
Realty Executives 4Results, Inc. projects moderate growth of both the "team" as well as the number of independent real estate agents.
Davis states that he isn't interested in making the firm too large, preferring a more personal, service-oriented business.
"Our goal is not to be the largest office in town" he said.
"We're looking for quality, not quantity in both agents and staff.
We want everyone to feel at home here, so we can enjoy working together to make real estate a successful venture not only for our clientele, but for each other as well."
