First of all, we love what we do! We have different strengths that compliment each other from marketing to negotiating! We want our clients to have fun, have an understanding of real estate, help them make a good decision and enjoy the experience.

When we sell a home we are very thorough and do extensive research BEFORE we put a house on the market. We don't list a home, we MARKET IT! This has proven to be very successful! Our homes are on the mkt less time & our sellers realize more on the bottom line. When working with buyers we are very thorough in finding them the right home. :) There is much to consider when helping our clients make the right decision that is best for them and their family. Not just the home, but the schools, location, community, how it's priced for the neighborhood, etc.
