Purchased a small ongoing real estate company in 1989 with 5 agents and built it to 25 agent office.
Sole owner of real estate company overseeing day to day activities, recruiting, budgeting, expansion of business, etc.
Golden, Inc. was responsible for the marketing of numerous new homes areas in the Wichita and surrounding areas.

Broker Associate/Trainer responsible for training new agents as well as producing my own sales. Was top producer with sales each year in excess of $2,000,000.

Established real estate company, responsible for all day-to-day activities, recruiting, budgeting, etc.
Marketed and managed sales of new home developments.
Oversaw construction of new homes.
